Back in 2002, when Paddle was established, there was no business category of sales representation in Japan.
We at paddle, evolved the western job criteria of a sales representative by fusing a PR section with the common sales section, allowing a more streamlined and potent operation, resulting in making the Japanese fashion market acknowledge the otherwise unknown business category of sales representation.
As the pioneer of sales representation in Japan, we naturally pride in the fact that we were able to create a new business model in the domestic market, yet we are never content. Thus we do not fear to change and evolve.

In the recent years, as the market absorbs ethnicity and originality in a global scale, we at paddle strive to connect individual values together and to create new and unique businesses with our clients, as their partner.
